SK & Associates Inc. was founded in 1966 by Charlie Sinatra and Emil Kudryk with a handful of lighting related product lines and a basic philosophy, "Give our customers the same honest, timely, accurate and courteous service that each of us expects in our personal life each day”.

The company having adopted this core philosophy has grown to be one of the areas largest and most respected INDEPENDENT manufacture's representatives servicing all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. We service all segments of the commercial, industrial, and residential specifier / design and construction markets as well as the entire electrical distribution chain. Our local 18,000 ft2 warehouse is one of the markets only independently owned and operated facilities of its type stocked with a wide variety of lighting products from more than a dozen of the manufacturers we represent.
